EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Business Operations Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to managing and improving the operations of our teams and partner companies.

You will hold a versatile position combining operations, analysis, and project management, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Operations Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in the efficiency, reliability, and management of our operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Operational follow-up: ensure daily activities run smoothly and procedures are followed.
Performance analysis: monitor operational indicators and identify key bottlenecks.
Activity management: monitor the company’s commercial and operational performance.
Data structuring: improve the reliability and organization of the data used to manage business activities.
Improvement projects: contribute to cross-functional optimization initiatives involving several teams.
Continuous improvement: propose and implement concrete process improvements.
Procedure documentation: formalize standard operating procedures and internal guides.
Cross-team coordination: improve communication between the different departments involved.
Tool management: contribute to configuring and ensuring the proper use of internal tools.
Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, recruitment, and administrative teams.
Reporting: prepare follow-up reviews and dashboards for management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are currently studying management, operations, engineering, business, or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in process optimization and operational efficiency.
You are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
You enjoy analyzing data and turning it into useful information for business management.
You are comfortable contributing to improvement projects.
You can step back from a process and identify opportunities for optimization.
You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
You have strong interpersonal skills and are comfortable working across multiple teams in an international environment.
A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
