Pre-Employment Screening (PES) is the checking of pertinent information provided in a job application to ensure that it is accurate, taking into account the applicable data protection legislation as well as other legal considerations. As a rule, PES is only carried out on job applicants who have applied for a position which will involve working with highly confidential information or having responsibility for personnel and/or financial matters. In certain cases there may be a requirement to carry out some of the checks and measures covered in the PES process and detailed below on other job applicants.

- Abgeschlossenes Studium Bauingenieurwesen (FH/TU) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Tiefbau wünschenswert
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office
- Anwenderkenntnisse in einem Abrechnungs-/Kalkulationsprogramm (idealerweise ARRIBA, iTWO) von Vorteil
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie eine selbstständige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke
- Planung und Überwachung von Baumaßnahmen im Straßen, Bahn- und Tiefbau unter Berücksichtigung der technischen und wirtschaftlichen Zielsetzung unter der Führung einer erfahrenen Bauleitung
- Kontrolle des Bauablaufs und Durchführen der Baustellenergebniskontrolle
- Erstellen der Arbeitskalkulation für das Bauvorhaben
- Kostenoptimale und termingerechte Beschaffung der benötigten Geräte, Maschinen und Materialien unter Einhaltung der Konzernrichtlinien
- Koordination der Einsätze von Fachberatern, Personal und Nachunternehmern
- Kalkulation von Nachtragsangeboten
- Selbständige Erstellung von Aufmaßen und Abrechnungen
