As the Digital & AI Intern, you will focus on elevating DX's digital and data-driven capabilities.

  • Contribute to the rollout and improvement of Salesforce CRM, especially regarding digital usage and AI-powered features.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation
  • Own or co-own dashboards and reporting for Distribution KPIs, DNPS insights, and market transformation progress.
  • Transform data into actionable insights presented to senior management.
  • Support the team in designing data storytelling materials for high-level presentations.

Digital Project Execution
  • Collaborate with local Business Units on digital activation, CRM usage improvement, data quality topics and AI-related projects.
  • Participate in-or lead parts of-1:1 calls with BUs to monitor progress and share best practices.
  • Contribute to the Global Advisory Contest from a digital & analytics perspective (content creation, scoring, insights, dashboards).

Strategic Support
  • Help craft compelling presentations for global leadership on digital strategy, AI impact, CRM transformation and Distribution Experience initiatives.
  • Support change management activities for digital adoption programs across markets.

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Prior experience (internships, research projects, extracurriculars) in Digital, AI, Data Analytics or Marketing/CRM is a plus but not mandatory
  • Experience in international environments is valued
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is beneficial

Soft Skills:
