About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented and proactive intern to join our Inspection Back-Office team.

You will play an active role in analysing and improving our core back-office processes, testing new ideas and implementing solutions in collaboration with our technology teams. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your project management, analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, international environment.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders and will embrace our culture of teamwork, technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Contributing to the implementation of raw material inspection-related projects.
  • Reviewing, structuring and improving internal technical documentation, workflows and quality reporting processes.
  • Supporting ESG-related initiatives, including tracking and documentation.
  • Contributing to a project aimed at modernising and standardising templates used by teams globally.
  • Creating clear and structured one-page product reference guides for hardlines categories to support inspection teams.
  • Analysing client and market needs, preparing relevant materials and contributing actively to ongoing hardlines projects.
  • Collaborating closely with Key Account teams to bridge technical expertise and client-facing communication.
  • Promoting an AI-first mindset by encouraging the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations.
  • Supporting experimentation and the adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes and enhance service quality.
