The offer

As a Project Manager you will join the Copper Phase-Out team and help accelerate the migration of customers from copper-based services to fibre.
Customer migrations are yours to coordinate, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and customer continuity, action plans stay on track because you follow up on deadlines and dependencies.
Together with the cross-functional teams, you validate migration paths and ensure their feasibility, internal stakeholders rely on you to support decision-making, resolve issues and keep departments aligned.
Regular reports show the migration status and blockers, so progress remains visible.
Compacting programmes also fall within your scope, as you support the consolidation of network sites or equipment.
During rehosting activities, you ensure smooth transitions of services or equipment between platforms or locations.
Equipment migration initiatives linked to modernisation, simplification or decommissioning plans benefit from your support.
With the engineering and operational teams, you align actions related to network upgrades and resource optimisation.
This role has a direct impact on the efficiency and evolution of the network infrastructure, and it lets you develop your operational, technical and coordination skills in a dynamic, multilingual environment.

Desired profile

Full professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English, both spoken and written
Good understanding of, or willingness to learn, telecom platforms, customer access technologies and provisioning flows
The following are an asset:
- experience in telecom operations, service provisioning or network migration
- previous involvement in cross-functional or transformation projects
