About the Role
As part of the Graduate Program in Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance, you will work at the intersection of law, technology, and business.
You will support risk management activities, contribute to the interpretation and implementation of regulatory requirements, and help ensure that our products, processes, and operations comply with applicable regulations.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organisation, contributing to compliance initiatives and helping translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and interpret legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the payments and financial services industry
- Support compliance, governance, and risk management initiatives across the organisation
- Assist in translating regulatory requirements into practical business processes and controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, compliance, and technology functions
- Participate in regulatory projects and implementation initiatives
- Prepare analyses, reports, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management
- Support monitoring of regulatory developments and assess their potential business impact
- Contribute to cross-functional projects involving operational and technical teams

Who are We Looking For?
- You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Commercial Law, Regulatory Affairs, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Information Technology, or a related field
- You are fluent in English; Danish is considered a plus
- You bring international experience through studies, work, or collaboration in a global environment
- You have up to one year of full-time professional experience after graduation
- You have the legal right to work in Denmark
- You combine strong academic knowledge with a keen interest in the intersection of technology, payments, and regulatory topics
- You are comfortable working in a regulated environment and supporting the practical implementation of regulatory requirements
- You are confident in collaborating with specialists and senior stakeholders across the organisation
- You enjoy working in cross-functional and international environments
