Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the GCOO Office and support the team in the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives, corporate events, and cross-functional projects.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, event organization, and operational coordination within an international and dynamic environment.

The selected candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the successful delivery of off-sites, roadshows, workshops, leadership meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, off-sites, roadshows, workshops, and internal initiatives
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, including venues, travel arrangements, accommodation, catering, meeting materials, and suppliers
  • Manage stakeholder communications and support interactions with internal and external partners
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, meeting materials, participant lists, surveys, and follow-up documentation
  • Track action items, deadlines, and project milestones, ensuring timely follow-up and execution
  • Support budget tracking, purchase requests, and administrative activities related to events and initiatives
  • Contribute to the collection and analysis of event feedback and continuous improvement activities
  • Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple business areas and international stakeholders
  • Support the organization of leadership meetings and strategic communication activities


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or currently enrolled) in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Communication, Event Management, or related fields
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
