About the Job You're Considering

At Capgemini Invent, our Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team makes AI work at scale by combining data science and engineering with business consulting. We build context-driven analytics and GenAI/agentic systems that reflect how decisions and work actually happen — grounded in semantic layers, strong data foundations, and governance embedded in decision flows. With a builder-advisor (“forward deployed”) mindset, DDT delivers production-ready impact across operations and customer domains, redefining what enterprise AI advisory looks like in practice.

Alongside our technical delivery teams, DDT's advisory practice ensures that AI and data transformation programs are governed, adopted, and sustained — turning technical delivery into measurable business outcomes.

Your role

As a Consultant, AI Transformation Advisory, you will support the governance, change management, and delivery management of client AI and data transformation programs. You will contribute to structured workstreams under senior guidance, working closely with client sponsors, program leadership, and DDT's technical delivery teams to keep complex, multi-workstream engagements on track.

You will help translate technical delivery into business outcomes — building the program artifacts, stakeholder materials, and governance rhythms that keep AI and data initiatives aligned to sponsor expectations, on budget, and adopted by the organizations that will ultimately run them. This role offers hands-on exposure to program leadership, organizational change management, and executive advisory within enterprise AI transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Standing up and running program governance for AI/data transformation engagements, including RAID logs, status reporting, resourcing trackers, and steering committee materials
  • Supporting change management planning and execution — stakeholder mapping, communications, training and enablement content, and adoption measurement
  • Contributing to operating model and target-state design, including roles, responsibilities, and decision rights for how clients will run data and AI capabilities after go-live
  • Building and maintaining business cases, benefit-tracking frameworks, and budget/financial trackers for transformation programs
  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to surface risks, dependencies, and readiness gaps across technical and business workstreams
  • Preparing executive-ready steering committee packs, status updates, and decision papers for client sponsors and program leadership
  • Coordinating across DDT's technical delivery teams (AI Product & Innovation, Contextual Systems, AI Solutions & Engineering) to ensure business and technical workstreams stay aligned
  • Contributing research, benchmarks, and proposal content to business development efforts

You will work within structured engagements, owning discrete program-management and advisory deliverables while building foundational credibility in AI/data transformation governance, change management, and client delivery.

Your profile

You bring strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.

You are able to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness, and you have experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development. You collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions, with a solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance. You demonstrate curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Required:

  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, PMO, business analysis, or program/change management, supporting technology, data, or AI-enabled transformation programs
  • Strong program-management fundamentals: RAID/risk management, budget and resource tracking, status reporting, and steering committee facilitation
  • Experience supporting AI, or agentic AI initiatives, including governance, operating model design, change management, or business adoption activities.
  • Familiarity with emerging agentic AI concepts, multi-agent workflows, and the organizational implications of autonomous AI systems.
  • Exposure to AI transformation programs involving digital assistants, copilots, or agent-based automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate technical delivery status into clear, executive-ready narratives
  • Demonstrated ability to build client-ready presentations, steering packs, and status reporting, including structuring storylines and tailoring content for senior stakeholders
  • Working familiarity with AI and data transformation concepts (e.g., what a data platform, semantic layer, or GenAI use case is) sufficient to translate between technical teams and business sponsors — deep technical fluency is not required
  • Fluent English communication skills
