Tasks
- Support the daily operations of IT systems and business applications
- Assist IT Application Managers with application management after SaaS product go-live
- Provide first-level support for incidents, service requests, and problem management activities
- Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders
- Support IT projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in designing and standardizing IT processes
- Configure and maintain IT applications according to business needs
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and process documentation
- Perform administrative tasks related to IT services and applications
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the security, stability, and integrity of IT systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress), pref. in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related
- Interest in IT operations, business applications, or technology projects
- Very good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of IT systems and general IT concepts
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented mindset and customer-focused approach
Nice to have
- Experience in an IT organization or IT-related internship
- Basic knowledge of:
- SAP technologies
