🌏 Ever wondered what it’s like to move across the globe with the Eurofins network?

Meet Isaure Simon, Permanent Improvement Programme Project Manager, and learn more about her cross-continental journey. When asked to recount her start within the Eurofins network, she recalls:

“In 2020, I joined the corporate office in Belgium with a master’s degree in science and executive engineering from Mines Paris - PSL and in science engineering from ESPCI Paris - PSL, on what was supposed to be a 1-year contract as part of the V.I.E programme. Within a few months, I was excited to be offered a permanent position, and since then my career has taken me from Belgium to France, and now to Australia.” The V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme offered by Business France, gives early-career professionals, like Isaure, the opportunity to work abroad at participating companies' global locations.

Reflecting on her work across the different countries, she shares: “Over the years, I have worked on a wide range of transformation, standardisation, and operational excellence projects across laboratories throughout Europe and the Pacific.”

In every location she has worked, her goal has stayed the same: “My focus still is all about helping teams work smarter through continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence.”

🐨 Now in Australia, she works with the teams from the local Eurofins Environment Testing network and is passionate about connecting support function teams with the laboratory: “What I enjoy most is providing a stronger bridge between the laboratories, finance, IT, local managers, and senior leadership.”

What stands out to her about her role and journey so far? “I love creating tools and dashboards that turn data into meaningful insights, helping teams make more efficient and informed decisions. Seeing something I have built making a real difference on the way people work is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.”

What continues to drive Isaure as she builds her skills is the ownership: “I feel incredibly lucky to have been trusted with so many different projects and supported by managers who encouraged me to grow, explore new challenges and discover new countries.”
