Set supply chain professionals is a specialised recruitment and talent development agency in supply chain management and logistics. Since 2014, we have helped organisations attract and develop outstanding supply chain professionals through recruitment for permanent and interim roles at junior, medior, and senior level. Through our Young Professional Program, a 3-year supply chain traineeship, recent graduates take on assignments in planning and process improvement at clients ranging from start-ups to multinationals, supported by intensive coaching and training. Our mission: to develop professionals capable of accelerating the transformation to sustainable supply chains. As a certified B Corp, we weigh social and environmental impact on every decision we make.

Quels sont les points forts de l’expérience de jeunes talents dans votre entreprise ?
We are a B Corp with a 3-year Young Professional Program: you work on varied assignments at clients such as Tony's Chocolonely and Haribo, with a personal coach, buddy system, trainings, a career budget and a close group of fellow trainees.
Est-il possible d’obtenir un poste à temps plein après un stage ou une alternance ?
We do not offer internships or graduation projects. We do, however, have positions for recent graduates.

It is possible to work hybrid. How often depends on the client and your role in their company.
