EMEA RHQ ｜ Shiseido receives the Happy Trainees 2024 Certification!
Shiseido has been awarded the HappyIndex Trainees certification by ChooseMyCompany, after a year-long satisfaction survey addressed to interns from EMEA headquarters and the French affiliate. This is the fourth consecutive year the company receives such a label. Shiseido has been given the overall rating of 4.03 / 5, with a recommendation rate of 93.2%. Each year ChooseMyCompany delivers a ranking and a certification called “Happy Trainees”, based on an index of happiness of the interns of the company in light. Indeed, it is by collecting and analyzing trainees’ reviews, that this organization labels the firms with the best results. The following categories are evaluated: • The relationship between the trainee and his/her adviser • Professional progression of the intern • The working environment • The intern’s feeling of purpose • Acknowledgment of the trainee by the company • The CSR policy Overall, Shiseido trainees say that they particularly like “the stimulating working environment” and “ the goodwill and encouragement from their peers”. Below please find some key figures from the survey: - 93.2 % of respondents are proud of the products and services Shiseido company offers - 86.4 % of respondents say they are in tune with the company's values - 81.4 % of respondents would like to be hired in the company after their internship and studies - 88.1 % of respondents feel like their work truly impacts the team’s or project’s success - 89.8 % of respondents are happy to come to work - 84.7 % of respondents say they are living a stimulating professional experience. The ranking of the HappyIndex Trainees will be published in the French business media “Les Échos” for the November 2023 edition, on Wednesday November 22nd 2023.
