As part of our health year, motivational running training sessions for our employees took place at our two locations in Kufstein and Wiener Neudorf over the past few weeks.

Accompanied by a professional running coach, participants received valuable tips on technique, training structure and a healthy running style. Whether beginners or experienced runners, the programme was designed so that every fitness level could benefit.

In addition to practical running theory, the focus was also on the shared experience: exercise in the fresh air, mutual motivation and plenty of team spirit.

The great interest and positive response show that health is not only a top priority for us – we also live it.
