YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:
This apprenticeship will take place in Paris, at our Global Headquarters, starting in January 2027 for a duration of 6 months.
Celine Pradels-Gillet, One DBS Transformation Lead, within the Global Project & Change Office team, will guide you through your day-to-day activities and support your development through the following missions:
- Support the Global Project & Change Office in coordinating transformation initiatives across DBS and Global Functions.
- Contribute to project governance activities, including preparation of workshops, steering committees, action plans, risks and issue tracking.
- Prepare presentations, reporting materials, communication content and stakeholder engagement assets.
- Support change management activities, including stakeholder mapping, adoption monitoring and feedback collection.
- Contribute to performance tracking, knowledge management and continuous improvement of PCO tools, methodologies and ways of working.

- Internship : Compensation from €1,300 (Bachelor's +4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bachelor's +5) gross/month.

A propos de vous
For this position, we are looking for someone:
- Available from January 2027 for a duration of 6 months.
- Pursuing a Master's degree (Business School, Engineering School or University), ideally with a specialization in Project Management, Change Management, Business Transformation, Finance or Organizational Development.
- Organized, rigorous, proactive and curious.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Interested in project management, transformation and change management.
