To reinforce our young and ambitious Data and AI team we are seeking a skilled Data Scientist. You will be responsible for designing, building and deploying machine learning and AI models that turn our data into actionable insights and innovative product features. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data analysts and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and evaluate machine learning and AI models (including generative AI and LLM-based solutions) to address business challenges.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify, frame and prioritize analytics and AI use cases.
- Work with the data engineering team to deploy models into production on Azure and Databricks, and monitor their performance over time.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Stay up to date on the latest advances in data science and AI and incorporate them into our solutions.
Ideal profile:
- Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- At least 1/2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related fields
- Hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models, preferably on Databricks / Azure
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong background in statistics, machine learning and experimentation; experience with LLMs is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Proactive and entrepreneurial, you are embracing challenges with enthusiasm
