Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and product solutions in accordance with project requirements.
- Lead and execute engineering activities across multiple disciplines while ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Utilize engineering software and computer-based tools for technical analysis, reporting, simulations, and documentation.
- Perform independent engineering assessments by applying established engineering principles, methodologies, and industry standards.
- Plan, organize, and oversee complex engineering assignments involving one or more technical disciplines.
- Conduct advanced technical evaluations, feasibility studies, and engineering investigations to support design decisions.
- Prepare practical recommendations based on engineering best practices, commercial considerations, regulatory requirements, and applicable compliance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through innovation, optimization, and technical problem-solving.
Required Experience
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline with more than 6 years of relevant professional experience, OR
- Alternative technical qualification with 15+ years of relevant industry experience.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Equivalent technical qualification with substantial industry experience may also be considered.
