Within the new established Group Shared Services Financial Controlling function in the Group Chief Financial Office area, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.
The resource is an early career finance professional, who is eager to develop strong controlling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills, who will support the team in the financial controlling of the shared services provided by Group IT projects and related software factories

The resource is an early career finance professional, who is eager to develop strong controlling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills, who will support the team in the financial controlling of the shared services provided by Group IT projects and related software factories
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Support overseeing all the stages of project procurement-to-pay process, including assessment of initial business requirements, budget checks, formalization of contracts and supplier orders, delivery confirmation and invoice payment
- Support accounting for project-based revenue and percentage-of-completion accounting where applicable
- Support assessment of yearly budget, forecast and periodic reporting of Group IT projects
- Support the project teams in terms of accounting principle and compliance regulations according to the defined methodology and framework
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
- 3-5 years previous experiences in Finance Controlling, specific experience in IT project management and project financial planning is considered as an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
- Fluent in Italian and English

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, work organization, time management skills
- Team-oriented, good communication skills with proactive attitude and strong motivation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
