Description
A genuine leadership role, not an observation placement. Manage projects, mentor peers, support NGO operations, lead outreach, and build institutional capacity.
What you'll do
- Coordinate community projects; track progress
- Mentor participants; facilitate cross-cultural learning
- Support grants, fundraising, reporting, and budgets
- Lead workshops; teach English or digital skills
- Build systems that help local organisations run independently
