Your role

As a Supply Chain Officer - Ordering, you will support procurement and ordering activities within a complex industrial environment, ensuring the availability of materials and contributing to supply chain performance. The source role covers purchase order management, supplier follow-up, inventory visibility, delivery prioritization, and coordination with production and supply chain stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage purchase orders and related administrative activities
  • Monitor supplier deliveries and help mitigate supply chain risks and shortages
  • Analyze delivery delays and support recovery plans to minimize operational impact
  • Track supply chain performance and inventory levels
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Support non-quality part management, including repairs and returns

Your profile

You are organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

You bring

  • A degree in Operations Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or ordering activities, ideally within the aerospace sector.
  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or complex industrial environments
  • Experience using SAP and strong Excel skills
  • Strong prioritization, analytical, and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in both French and English
