MY BOB is a Belgian fashion brand. We create and commercialise high-end, qualitative, handmade accessories. Since 2019, we have extended the headwear collection with brooches, key rings and other accessories linked by identity and materials.
Thanks to a positive development worldwide, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team! You will promote the collections world wide and manage the orders and customer base. If you are motivated, enthusiastic, and ready to contribute in a stimulating work environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.
Next to commercial responsibilities, you will participate in the daily management of the business.
Missions :
- Promote the new collections:
- Professional trade fair in Paris:
- Prepare the set up and logistics of the trade fairs;
- Inform the potential and existing customer about the new collections;
- Prospect new markets per mail and phone.
- Manage the B2B digital showroom:
- Update of the collections;
- Develop and promote commercial activities.
- Inform the customers with newsletters.
- Assure the integration and promotion with other market places.
- Support the sales agents with promotional material.
- Follow up the stock, production, orders and payments.
- Collaborate with the B2C team for packshots.
- Benchmarking with market trends and competition.
Profile :
- English/French speaking and writing is mandatory.
- Dynamic, positive, motivated, and interested to join a small international company in which you will be fully invested.
- Ability to take initiatives and bring ideas to improve the business.
- IMPORTANT: the traineeship is not remunerated, each Friday you will be invited for lunch with the team. Transport within Brussels will be reimbursed.
