EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Graphic Designer Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the design and adaptation of the company’s visual materials. You will hold a versatile position combining graphic design, creative work, and communication, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Graphic Designer Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in the visual quality and consistency of our communication materials.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Graphic design: create visual materials adapted to the needs of different teams and communication objectives.
  • Visual identity: apply and bring the brand guidelines to life across all materials.
  • Digital design: create visuals for social media, websites, campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Print design: design posters, brochures, presentations, and other printed materials.
  • Design adaptation: adapt creative assets to different formats, channels, languages, and uses.
  • File preparation: prepare and verify files before publication or printing.
  • Creative iterations: present design proposals, gather feedback from teams, and refine creative work accordingly.
  • Graphic asset management: organize and maintain a clear and reusable library of files and visual resources.
  • Creative monitoring: follow graphic design trends and industry best practices to support new ideas.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand their needs.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving creative workflows, design tools, and graphic asset organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying graphic design, visual arts, visual communication, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in visual creation, design, and communication.
  • You are proficient in graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • You are also comfortable using design tools such as Figma or equivalent platforms.
  • You have a portfolio showcasing your work and creative approach.
  • You are able to apply a visual identity consistently across different formats and materials.
  • You have strong attention to detail and care about the quality of your deliverables.
  • You are creative, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
