EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Recruitment & Talent Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the full recruitment cycle, candidate follow-up, and the development of a strong talent pool. You will hold a versatile position combining recruitment, talent management, and continuous improvement of HR processes, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Recruitment & Talent Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in managing recruitment processes and maintaining relationships with talent.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
  • Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
  • Full recruitment cycle: contribute from defining the recruitment need through to candidate onboarding.
  • Talent follow-up: maintain relationships with strong profiles even when they are not involved in an active recruitment process.
  • Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their expectations precisely.
  • Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each stage.
  • Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Recruitment analytics: monitor recruitment data and indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuous improvement: analyze recruitment performance and propose adjustments to improve processes.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Tool optimization: contribute to improving ATS tools and application tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in recruitment, talent management, and supporting people.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a wide variety of profiles.
  • You can manage several recruitment processes in parallel.
  • You are able to support candidates throughout the full recruitment cycle.
  • You enjoy building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-potential profiles.
  • You are comfortable monitoring indicators and analyzing recruitment data.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
