EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an International Sales Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to international business development, the management of our partner companies, and the creation of new opportunities across several markets. You will hold a versatile position combining business development, client relations, and international negotiation, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an International Sales Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in developing our partnerships across different markets.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Client relationship management: develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our partner companies and understand their needs.
  • Prospecting and business development: identify new partner companies, develop new opportunities, and maintain an active prospect base.
  • International development: prospect and follow up with clients and prospects across several markets.
  • Cultural adaptation: adjust your sales approach to the practices, expectations, and specific characteristics of each country.
  • Needs qualification: analyze prospect expectations and identify suitable solutions.
  • Contract follow-up: support commercial files through to completion and ensure commitments are properly followed up.
  • Sales process management: manage the different stages of the sales process, from prospecting and needs qualification to follow-up and opportunity conversion.
  • Commercial proposals: prepare proposals adapted to partner needs and contribute to building tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and closing: participate in commercial discussions through to signature.
  • Opportunity analysis: study markets and identify industries, companies, and trends with development potential.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality account follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving working methods, CRM tools, and sales tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying business, management, marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in sales, negotiation, and client relations.
  • You can analyze a need, identify an opportunity, and provide structured follow-up throughout a sales process.
  • You are comfortable working in English and enjoy multicultural environments.
  • You have a genuine interest in international business and cultural differences in commercial relationships.
  • You are comfortable with prospecting and communicating with international stakeholders.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office, collaborative, and CRM tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
