You don't just want to get to know HR, you want to actively shape it? Are you interested in topics such as talent development, organizational development, employee experience and the future of work? Then become part of our HR Business Partner Team and gain exciting insights into the strategic HR work of an international company. With us, you will work closely with experienced HR business partners, be involved in important people issues and take on responsibility right from the start.
Your tasks:
• Support of the HR Business Partner Team in day-to-day operations as well as in international and local HR processes
• Participation in exciting projects related to talent management, learning & development, employee experience and organizational development
• Preparation of presentations, communication documents and analyses for management and HR topics
• Support for workshops, events and community formats within HR
• Collaboration with various HR teams and international stakeholders
• Contribute to the further development of modern HR working methods, digital solutions and AI-supported tools
Your Profile
- You are studying economics, psychology, human resources management or a comparable course of study
- You are enthusiastic about people and culture topics and want to actively shape the future of the world of work
- You work in a structured way, think analytically and tackle topics independently
- You feel comfortable in digital working environments and use modern tools in your everyday work as a matter of course
- You enjoy translating data, insights and information into convincing presentations and communication formats
- You have very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)
- Initial experience with AI-supported tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT or comparable applications) is a plus
- You communicate confidently in German and English
