About you

A bachelor's or master's degree (or soon-to-be obtained) in business related field.
A genuine interest in business, consulting and solving complex challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn continuously.
The confidence to ask questions and challenge constructively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and a results-oriented approach.
A collaborative mindset and desire to work in diverse teams.
Fluency in Dutch and/or French, with a good command of English.
