On behalf of Roche Denmark, we are looking for a highly analytical and scientifically grounded Student Assistant to join the Medical Center. In this role, your primary focus will be supporting our team in the preparation of applications and dossiers for the Danish Medicines Council (Medicinrådet), alongside a variety of general medical writing tasks. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Medicines Council Applications: Support the team in structuring, drafting, and proofreading clinical dossiers and applications for the Danish Medicines Council (Medicinrådet). 
  • Medical Writing: Assist in developing and reviewing scientific materials, including clinical summaries, slide decks, and internal medical education documents. 
  • Literature & Data Review: Conduct targeted literature searches, extract relevant clinical data, and summarize scientific findings to support application arguments and medical projects. 
  • Quality Control: Perform rigorous proofreading, fact-checking, and reference management for various scientific and regulatory documents. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Medical and Market Access Partners, and other internal stakeholders to ensure clinical data is accurately represented. 

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong scientific writing and analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex clinical trial data into clear, accurate, and compelling text. You are detail-oriented, structured, and able to take ownership of your tasks while working independently. In addition, you should be able to identify with the following: 

  • Education: You are a student who has successfully completed your Bachelor's degree and is currently in your Master's program in Life Sciences, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, or a related field with a strong clinical understanding. 
  • Languages: Fluency in Danish and English is a strict requirement for this role, as you will be working with Danish Medicines Council documents and applications. You must also have excellent written and verbal English skills.
