The B2C Seller Solutions team is seeking an exceptionally skilled Change Manager to drive Salesforce CRM adoption throughout eBay.
In this role, you will help teams understand, adopt, and make better use of Salesforce by delivering clear communications, practical training, and user-focused enablement. You will work closely with business collaborators, global user groups, and the CRM product team to improve CRM usage, data quality and operational efficiency.

About the team and the role
The B2C Seller Solutions team is seeking an exceptionally skilled Change Manager to drive Salesforce CRM adoption throughout eBay.
In this role, you will help teams understand, adopt, and make better use of Salesforce by delivering clear communications, practical training, and user-focused enablement. You will work closely with business collaborators, global user groups, and the CRM product team to improve CRM usage, data quality and operational efficiency.
You will act as a link between business users and product teams, translating user feedback and system changes into actionable adoption plans.
What you will accomplish
- Promote Salesforce CRM adoption and change initiatives across defined teams and user groups.
- Support Salesforce releases, process changes, and new feature rollouts with clear communication and enablement.
- Identify user difficulties, adoption barriers, and process gaps, and translate them into practical improvements.
- Build and deliver training materials, workshops, guides, videos, and 1:1 enablement sessions.
- Maintain a centralized knowledge base with up-to-date CRM mentorship, FAQs, and training content.
- Track CRM adoption benchmarks, analyze user behavior and feedback, and recommend improvements.
- Use AI tools to support content creation, personalize enablement, automate repetitive tasks, and identify adoption trends.
- Collaborate with global business, product, and technology partners to represent user needs and improve CRM adoption.
What you will bring
- 2-4 years of experience in change management, CRM adoption, user enablement, sales operations, business transformation, or a related field.
- Practical Salesforce CRM knowledge, including core functionality, reports, dashboards, user workflows, and adoption challenges.
- Experience crafting and delivering training in virtual, in-person, or 1:1 formats.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify technical topics for business audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional collaborators in an international or matrixed environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize several tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical approach and ability to use data, feedback, and user insights to improve adoption.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in agile or fast-changing environments.
Nice to have
- Experience with LMS such as Workday Learning
- Familiarity with change management frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar.
- Experience using AI tools for efficiency, content creation, automation, or analytics.
- Salesforce certification or relevant CRM training.
- Experience in marketplace, ecommerce, seller success, sales, or customer support environments.
