What you could be doing:

Process Improvement: Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing equipment and associated processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Technical Support: Provide engineering support to maintenance and production teams, addressing any technical challenges that arise during manufacturing.
Engineering Digitalisation: Deployment of computerised maintenance management, or Electronic Asset Management Software, digitalisation of engineering documentation and maintenace processes.
Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, production reports, maintenance job plans, safety, Power BI reports, use of AI tools
Project Involvement: Participate in engineering projects, contributing to design reviews, process validation, and implementation of new technologies.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations and Maintnenace teams to improve machine performance to ensure a seamless production flow.
Planet Passionate: Support delivery of sustainability improvements across the site

Candidate requirements:

You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027
You should have no more than 12 months’ work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)
You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the EU
You will need to have a Degree and/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.: Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronic Engineering
A good level of verbal and written English. Finnish or Swedish is essential depending on the location of the role
A full valid Driver's licence desirable but not essential
