Job Description

Within the Group CFO function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

The candidate will support the development of internal processes aimed at rationalizing activities and contributing to the achievement of company goals.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Contributing to the development of tools aimed at optimizing organizational processes;
  • Supporting business process analysis to enhance efficiency and streamline existing activities;
  • Assisting stakeholders in the preparation and maintenance of process mapping tools.


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, or Management;
  • Knowledge of international accounting standard, non-financial reporting, and Solvency II / Embedded Value metrics;
  • Proficiency in Office365 and AI tools;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Power Point;
  • Strong analytical skills.


Soft skills
  • Proactivity, team attitude and good communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
