Your role

As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will help ensure supplier performance, compliance, and quality excellence across a complex industrial supply chain. Working closely with procurement, quality, and operational stakeholders, you will contribute to supplier qualification, performance management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will:

• Support supplier qualification, approval, and compliance activities
• Monitor supplier delivery and quality performance through key indicators such as OTD and OQD
• Participate in supplier assessments, audits, and performance reviews
• Contribute to supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives, including corrective action plans
• Support supplier selection processes by assessing quality, compliance, and operational risks
• Analyze supplier risks and help define mitigation and recovery plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality, compliance, and supply chain excellence.

Your profile

You are analytical, proactive, and passionate about quality and continuous improvement. You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

You bring

• A Master's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, Quality, or a related field
• Around 2 to 4 years of experience in supplier quality, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of supplier quality, supply chain management, continuous improvement, or project management principles
• Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
