Job Description
We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) to support our Project Management team at the Berlin location. Working hours can be scheduled flexibly and individually in mutual agreement.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Management team with operational and administrative daily tasks
- Compile and file various documents
- Assist with project management activities
- Maintain project plannings
- Supplement and revise documents and presentations
- Participate in reporting and the creation of statistics and analyses
- Support event organization, e.g., customer visits
- Maintain and analyze data in MS Excel, Smartsheet, SAP (desirable), and MS Project (desirable)
Your Profile:
- Studies in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- "Digital native" - proficient in tools such as MS Office, MS Excel (including PivotTables), Smartsheet, Power BI
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and excellent teamwork abilities, including in virtual teams, willing to learn
- Last but not least: very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
