About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.
As a P.A.C.E. participant you will:
- Work with diverse teams across departments and countries to support and enable the success of DWS
- Share your ideas, think creatively and help shape the world of asset management
- Take ownership, make decisions and grow through hands-on learning
- Become an integral part of the global P.A.C.E. community and DWS network
About the Team
The Private Wealth team in Luxembourg is responsible for covering a broad range of intermediary clients across Europe, including retail distributors, wholesale partners and private wealth clients. The team plays a key role in driving the growth of both active and passive investment solutions.
Working closely with sales, product specialists, portfolio management, marketing and strategy teams, Private Wealth combines client-centric thinking, market expertise and investment knowledge to deliver tailored solutions and support long-term business growth. The team also collaborates with senior stakeholders across DWS, providing exposure to strategic initiatives and business development projects.
As our DWS Graduate you will:
- Support the coverage and development of Private Wealth and intermediary client relationships, including passive investment solutions
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls, helping prepare meeting materials, gathering market insights and supporting follow-up activities
- Assist in the preparation of high-quality client presentations, product updates and business reviews for both prospective and existing clients
- Conduct market, competitor and business analyses to support sales initiatives, product positioning and strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Product, Marketing and Investment teams to coordinate client-related projects and respond to business opportunities
- Support business management and strategic initiatives within the wider Private Wealth organization, gaining exposure to key growth projects and senior stakeholders
Moreover, the Graduate Program includes rotations across different teams and functions, enabling you to build a broad understanding of DWS. This includes selected rotations within strategic and executive functions, providing valuable insights into the leadership, management and development of the DWS business.
The Team is looking for:
- Fluency in English (C2) is required and advanced German, Spanish, French or Italian language skills are beneficial, but not essential
- Proactive, Agile, Curious and Entrepreneurial Graduates
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Curiosity and eagerness to understand financial markets
- Ease at analyzing complex data and drawing out meaningful insights
- Well-organized and structured approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail without losing track of the bigger picture
