About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Sales Operation Analyst to support the evolution of our sales and deal management processes. As part of Capgemini’s operating model transformation under UNLEASH, responsibilities previously managed by Business Risk Management (BRM) within Invent have transitioned to the Americas and Financial Services Strategic Business Units (SBUs). This role will serve as a critical bridge across Invent, BRM, and Global teams to ensure the efficient execution of deal approval processes and strategic pursuits.

In addition, this role will lead the modernization of Invent North America’s sales operations by identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance the overall sales experience. Success in this role requires balancing day-to-day pre-sales support with a long-term vision for process transformation through workflow automation, AI, and digital enablement.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that combines operational excellence, stakeholder management, process improvement, and emerging technology expertise.

You role

Pre-Sales Operations

  • Partner with Strategic Business Unit (SBU) BRM teams to facilitate and execute Invent-owned deal approval activities and ensure seamless handoffs throughout the approval process.
  • Coordinate with Invent Global stakeholders to complete and facilitate global approval requirements and governance activities.
  • Support pursuit leads and sales teams by navigating deal approval processes, ensuring compliance with required governance steps while enabling teams to remain focused on client pursuits.
  • Provide operational support for strategic pursuits identified by the Invent Executive Committee (ExCo).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to pursuit teams on sales process requirements, approvals, and execution.

Process Automation & Transformation

  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate sales processes, delivering both quick wins and scalable long-term improvements.
  • Leverage existing automation frameworks, tools, data models, and semantic layers developed by the Dashboarding and Automation team.
  • Design and deploy enterprise-grade workflows, AI-enabled solutions, and automation capabilities that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Operations and the broader Dashboarding and Automation development team to ensure consistency, scalability, and reusability across operational functions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve the sales lifecycle experience.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI agents and workflow automation platforms, to support future-state operating models.

Your Skills + Experience

  • Experience designing and implementing automated workflows within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience building and deploying AI agents or AI-enabled solutions to drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in business process optimization, continuous improvement, and operational transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance operational support responsibilities and strategic transformation initiatives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business functions and leadership levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in highly collaborative and cross-functional environments.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Fluent English communication skills
