Eight Advisory was founded in 2009 by 8 former partners of Arthur Andersen/Big4 company as a firm specialized in Transaction Services, Restructuring and Transformation. Today, Eight Advisory has grown to 600+ employees (including 73 partners) in France, UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany and Switzerland. Together with the Eight International network, counting over 3600 employees in more than 30 countries, we respond to a growing demand for financial advice of private equity firms, medium- and large-sized corporates, and investment banks.

Eight Advisory Germany was established in Frankfurt in 2018. Here and in our offices in Munich, Hamburg and in Cologne we are offering customized financial, tax and transformation services for various projects e.g., M&A transaction, reorganization, carve-out, integration, value creation, refinancing, tax structuring and transformation.

YOUR NEW JOB

You will work in a highly exclusive environment, assess strategic plans, conceptualize and implement M&A deals such as carve-outs, integrations and Joint Ventures as well as work on other challenging business transformations such as reorganizations and value creations for national and global corporate and private equity clients.
Working shoulder to shoulder with our partners and directors, who will share their best in class buy- and sell-side M&A experience with you.
From the start you will take on an active roll on our projects, building your skillset in a highly dynamic and challenging environment.
Your will be coached by a mentor supporting you with professional and personal advice.

YOUR PROFILE

Motivated, proactive, reliable and stress-resistant

You work and play hard and enjoy exchanging knowledge, ideas and dreams with your team – in and outside the office

Eager to take on responsibility and work independently

You have entrepreneurial spirit and want to improve things, rather than waiting for the next task

You are studying at a renown university/ business school with preferably a major in business administration, industrial engineering, information technology or sciences

You want to continue your strive for excellence…

Previous internships or work experience in (transaction) advisory or in a comparable environment (e.g., M&A, Strategy, Business Development)
Available for a term of at least 2 months
Fluent written and spoken English, advanced German language skills
