Job Description

Within the Group Capital Steering department, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Business Integration, Data Flows and Processes team, which is responsible for developing and maintaining the IT framework supporting capital management steering processes.

We are seeking a Junior Analyst to strengthen the team, supporting the evolution of a complex and business-critical data and systems landscape.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Support development and maintenance of the internal system;
  • Support development and maintenance of tools and solutions developed in Excel/VBA;
  • Analyze and manage data flows across multiple systems;
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks;
  • Support testing (UAT) and release activities;
  • Produce and maintain technical and functional documentation;
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or quantitative disciplines;
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and VBA;
  • Programming mindset: any language is a plus;
  • Basic understanding of data handling and analysis;
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)


Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytics thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders (IT, Finance, External providers);
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently;
  • Proactive attitude and attention to detail.


Nice to have:
  • Interest in the insurance/finance services industry;
  • Basic understanding or exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI).
