You will work in the Providers SP part of the business, which are the applications and processes necessary to subscribe, maintain and invoice our products in Spain.
On top of a great web app, we maintain a lot of integrations with internal and external partners. The features for which we are responsible are diverse and give a lot of possibilities to learn something new.
You will cover various areas like automation of finance processes, data management and integration with many internal and external systems.
Your responsibilities :- Take ownership of the product from a technical standpoint
- Work closely with dev, product, QA, and other teams across Europe
- Challenge product requirements and anticipate technical difficulties
- Take initiative in proposing technical solutions
- Ensure state-of-the-art design and implementation with respect to the global architecture of the platform
- Take part in roadmap planning and take ownership of its delivery
- Develop features ensuring unit and integration test coverage
- Ensure that delivered features work perfectly from integration to production
- Participate in code reviews
- Help in continuous improvements of team practices
- Ability to strategically step back to enhance deployment frequency, reduce the number of bugs introduced and shorten the "lead time for changes"
- Actively take part in knowledge sharing, mentoring of more junior developers and fair employee evaluation
- Backend: Python, Django, FastAPI, Celery, Redis, PostgreSQL, Event-driven architecture (EventBridge + SQS)
- Frontend: TypeScript, Angular, Next.js, Vue, Flutter
- Infrastructure: AWS, Docker, Continuous Integration and Deployment on Github.
- You have at least 5+ years of backend development experience in Python.
- Good experience with relational and/or non-relational databases (migration management, performance work, large data volumes, understanding the Django ORM, choice between relational and non-relational databases).
- You have a good knowledge of Docker/Git.
- You are not afraid to take technical initiatives.
- You demonstrate rigor and autonomy.
- The user experience is a product aspect that you particularly appreciate.
- A good level of English (written and oral) is essential.
