Your Tasks

Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis (sell-out, pricing, competitive activities etc) as an input for Category analysis & planning
Coordinate small POSM production according to the plan (PO creation, budget tracking, design update).
Own Promo SKUs administration (VAS tool development, Product passport creation, quantities accumulation and necessary follow-ups with involved functions)
Other tasks related to the daily work of the team

Your Profile

Currently pursuing a University degree (student status)
Strong analytical skills and project management are top priorities
Curiosity and challenging mindset, attention to detail, ability to work under time pressure, initiative, responsible attitude
Previous experience in business analysis and/or project management is a plus
Confident user of MS Оffice (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Word). Advanced Excel user. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Fluent English is a must
Availability of at least 30 hours per week
Ability to work in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf office located in central Warsaw
