Role & Responsibilities

Competitive Intelligence
• Drive robust competitive intelligence at global level across the total spirits industry (e.g., category dynamics, white spaces, competitor strategies and governance changes, etc.).
• Monitor competitors and emerging industry trends on a daily basis, producing synthesis notes and in-depth analyses to feed the monthly competitive intelligence report.
• Act as a key point of contact with Brand Units and Markets to collect category & market-level competitive insights, and collaborate closely with the Consumer Insights team to identify emerging consumer trends.

Strategic Projects
• Support the Business Strategy team on a wide range of transversal strategic projects for the Group by producing rigorous analyses and synthesizing relevant data into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and briefing materials to support executive discussions, arbitration, and decision-making.

Profile & Skills
• Master's student in Business, Management, Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with proven experience in desk research and the use of multiple data sources.

Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Highly organized, rigorous, and methodical, with a proactive and hands-on ("doer") mindset.
• Strong interest in the Wine & Spirits industry.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Previous experience in strategic consulting, corporate strategy, or business intelligence is a strong advantage.
