Within the Group Life & Health department, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Head of Group Life & Health Office, supporting the coordination of the Group strategy and key initiatives across Life & Health business, ensuring effective governance and stakeholder alignment.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
On a cross-business basis:
- Track and monitor the progress of the Group Chief Life & Health Officer's strategic priorities;
- Ensure alignment across department stakeholders by providing regular update to governance forums (e.g. weekly department meetings).
On specific business initiatives:
- Support project leaders in day-to-day project management activities, including delivery monitoring, milestone tracking and masterplan control;
- Provide structured reporting on project progress, risks and issues, escalating key topics to Top Management when required;
- Contribute to the coordination / interaction with internal stakeholders (across functions and geographies) and external partners (e.g. academic institutions);
- Support program/ reporting document definition.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Strong analytical & organizational skills;
- Project Management experience;
- Proficiency in the main Microsoft Office tools, with a strong focus on PowerPoint and Excel;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Interest in insurance business understanding (Life & Health business, demographic change knowledge is considered a plus).
