EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an Audiovisual Production Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the preparation, organization, and coordination of the company’s audiovisual productions. You will hold a versatile position combining production, coordination, and content creation, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Audiovisual Production Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in preparing and supporting our video productions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Shoot preparation: contribute to the technical and logistical organization of filming sessions.
  • Production coordination: help plan project stages, resources, and the different people involved.
  • Production logistics: prepare equipment, locations, and the various elements required for each shoot.
  • On-set support: assist the production team during shoots and contribute to the smooth execution of filming.
  • Filming: assist with or contribute to image and sound capture depending on project needs.
  • Schedule tracking: help ensure that production stages and deadlines are respected.
  • Equipment management: contribute to preparing, organizing, and tracking audiovisual equipment.
  • Media management: organize, classify, archive, and secure files generated during shoots.
  • Deliverable coordination: ensure that the materials required for post-production are properly organized and transferred.
  • Quality control: contribute to checking the technical and editorial quality of produced content.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, design, and communication teams to understand project requirements.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving shoot organization, production methods, and resource management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying audiovisual production, film, communication, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in video production, filming, and audiovisual content creation.
  • You are comfortable with logistics and coordinating several tasks or contributors.
  • You have a basic understanding of video and sound recording.
  • You understand the main stages of audiovisual production, from shoot preparation to delivering content for post-production.
  • You are able to work from a brief and follow a production schedule.
  • You are rigorous, organized, and attentive to detail.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
