About the role

Capgemini Financial Services is looking for a V.I.E. based in London to contribute to the delivery of CSR and social impact priorities across Europe. Working closely with the Senior Engagement Manager leading FS Europe CSR activities, the successful candidate will take an active role in coordinating projects, engaging stakeholders, mobilising employees and increasing the visibility and impact of the FS Europe CSR portfolio.

This is a dynamic development opportunity offering ownership of defined workstreams and exposure to multi-country projects, senior stakeholders, client teams and nonprofit partners. The V.I.E. will help translate FS Europe CSR priorities into concrete initiatives, coordinated actions, engaging communications and measurable outcomes, while contributing ideas and identifying opportunities to strengthen and scale successful programmes.

Key responsibilities

1. Contribute to the delivery of the FS Europe CSR portfolio

• Contribute to the planning, coordination and monitoring of CSR and social impact initiatives across Europe, taking ownership of agreed workstreams and deliverables.

• Maintain project plans, milestones, action logs, risks, budgets and follow-up items across several initiatives at the same time.

• Prepare working sessions, agendas, meeting materials and concise follow-up notes, and track agreed actions through completion.

• Help ensure that activities are delivered consistently with FS priorities, Group CSR principles and local requirements.

2. Coordinate stakeholders and partnerships

• Coordinate day-to-day exchanges with FS country contacts, CSR ambassadors, client account teams, communications teams and other internal stakeholders.

• Support collaboration with nonprofit organisations, business partners and relevant external stakeholders, including the collection of proposals, logistical information and reporting inputs.

• Keep stakeholders aligned on roles, decisions, timelines and next steps, escalating issues to the manager when required.

• Help identify opportunities to connect CSR initiatives with employee engagement and client relationships.

3. Employee engagement and communications

• Support campaigns that mobilise employees and volunteers across FS Europe.

• Draft and coordinate communications for email, newsletters, internal articles, Viva Engage, presentations and other relevant channels.

• Collect stories, outcomes and content from countries and partners to increase the visibility of initiatives.

• Support the organisation of events, workshops and volunteering activities, including participant tracking and practical logistics.

4. Governance, reporting and continuous improvement

• Maintain accurate dashboards and consolidated reporting on activities, participation, outcomes, budgets and key milestones.

• Prepare clear presentations and briefing materials for governance meetings and senior stakeholders.

• Support budget tracking, administrative follow-up and coordination of internal processes linked to project delivery.

• Document good practices, identify delivery improvements and help replicate successful initiatives across countries.

Profile and skills

• Master’s degree or equivalent in project management, sustainability, CSR, international business, communications, public affairs or a related field.

• First relevant experience through an internship, apprenticeship, volunteering role or junior position. Experience with a nonprofit organisation or an international environment is an advantage.

• Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities, deadlines and stakeholders in parallel.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, well-structured content and presentations.

• Proactive, dependable and comfortable taking ownership of deliverables in a fast-moving, multi-country environment.

• Collaborative mindset, sound judgement and confidence in following up diplomatically with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong command of Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.

• Fluent English is required. French or another European language is an advantage.

• Genuine interest in social impact, digital inclusion, diversity and inclusion, and environmental sustainability.

What the assignment offers

• A central role in helping deliver the FS Europe CSR priorities, working closely with the Senior Engagement Manager and a broad network of European stakeholders.

• Practical experience delivering visible, multi-country CSR and social impact initiatives.

• Exposure to internal leaders, client account teams, country CSR communities and nonprofit partners.

• A development opportunity combining project management, communications, stakeholder engagement and impact reporting.
