EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an Event Marketing Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the design, organization, and coordination of the company’s events. You will hold a versatile position combining marketing, project management, logistics, and partner relations, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Event Marketing Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in designing, promoting, and successfully delivering our events.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Event design: contribute to defining the format, schedule, and objectives of each event.
  • Logistics coordination: manage venues, suppliers, equipment, and schedules required for successful delivery.
  • Event marketing: contribute to building and implementing event promotion plans.
  • Attendance generation: implement initiatives designed to increase visibility and maximize participation.
  • Event communication: prepare materials and initiatives to promote events and engage potential attendees.
  • Budget tracking: contribute to preparing and monitoring event budgets and controlling expenses.
  • Supplier relations: identify, contact, negotiate with, and follow up with suppliers and partners.
  • Stakeholder coordination: support communication and follow-up with the different parties involved in each event.
  • On-site management: contribute to smooth event delivery and help manage unexpected situations.
  • Impact measurement: analyze event performance and results.
  • Post-event review: prepare event reviews and identify opportunities for future improvement.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving event planning, coordination, and tracking methods.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying event management, communications, marketing, project management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in event organization and team coordination.
  • You are able to manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • You can balance marketing objectives with the operational constraints of an event.
  • You are comfortable coordinating suppliers, partners, and multiple stakeholders.
  • You have strong organizational skills and know how to prioritize effectively.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
