EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Management Consulting Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to strategic analysis and the management of transformation projects for our partner companies.

You will hold a versatile position combining analysis, consulting, and project management, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices.

You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Management Consulting Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in analyzing business challenges and supporting strategic projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Market analysis: study industries, competitors, and trends to support decision-making.
  • Information gathering and structuring: collect relevant data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Consulting assignments: work on a variety of client business challenges and contribute to solving them.
  • Problem structuring: break complex topics down into clear and logical areas of analysis.
  • Client deliverables: produce professional, structured, and well-supported presentations.
  • Recommendation development: formulate clear recommendations supported by your analysis.
  • Deliverable preparation: produce presentations and executive summaries for management.
  • Project follow-up: support the implementation of key workstreams and track their progress.
  • Modeling: build simple scenario, cost, or performance models.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving analytical methods and business management tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying business, economics, engineering, consulting, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in strategy, analysis, and solving complex business problems.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have strong synthesis skills.
  • You are comfortable structuring complex business problems.
  • You can turn analysis into concrete and well-supported recommendations.
  • You are comfortable presenting your work and speaking with a variety of stakeholders.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
