Crossbay France is looking for an Analyst to support the development of its platform. He/She will work with teams based in Paris, London, and elsewhere across Europe. Travel will be required.

Crossbay, a subsidiary of MARK (www.thisismark.com), is an investment and asset management platform dedicated to logistics. Since its founding in 2019, Crossbay has invested over €1.3 billion across Europe, including more than €300 million in France, and aims to reach €2 billion in assets under management within 3 years as part of the launch of the Crossbay II fund in 2022.
MARK is a private equity fund with offices in London, Frankfurt, Stockholm, New York, and Luxembourg. Founded in 2004, MARK currently manages over €9 billion in assets across Europe.
Crossbay focuses on the acquisition, asset management, and redevelopment of logistics assets. The team is made up of real estate and finance professionals with deep sector knowledge and experience gained at leading industry players.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing investment opportunities
- Strategic analysis, financial modelling, and business plan preparation for potential acquisitions
- Asset site visits
- Conducting market research
- Preparing investor and investment committee documentation (e.g. investment memoranda, pipeline reports, etc.) in English
- Supporting the team throughout acquisition processes: drafting offers, overseeing due diligence, managing external advisors and service providers
- Supporting the team in arranging asset financing (e.g. preparing lender documentation, etc.)
- Supporting the team in obtaining internal approvals (e.g. Investment Committee, AIFM, LPs, etc.)
- Following acquisitions, working with the Asset Management team to define value creation strategies and objectives for each asset in the portfolio
- Preparing operational and financial business plans for each portfolio asset
- Implementing asset management strategies by (i) coordinating stakeholders and external service providers (property managers, leasing agents, etc.), (ii) overseeing restructuring projects, (iii) monitoring and analysing the operational and financial performance of each asset
- Preparing reporting for each portfolio asset
- Preparing potential asset disposals
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Student from a leading business school, engineering school, or university with a first experience in finance or commercial real estate, demonstrating the following skills:
- Strong work ethic and capacity
- Organised and methodical
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to carrying out assignments
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
The position is based in Paris, 8th arrondissement.
Internship available from September 2026.
