This is not a traditional internship focused on one department or one repetitive task.
You will work directly to support strategic operational initiatives across Europe and collaborate with senior leaders including:
- Directors reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer Europe (COO): Managers and experts across Technology, HR and Customer Support
- The Chief Information Officer (CIO)
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to how a technology organization operates behind the scenes while helping drive real improvements through process optimization, collaboration practices and AI-powered solutions.
🎯 Your mission
Help teams work smarter, faster and more efficiently.
You will support an Agile Coach / PMO in driving operational excellence initiatives across multiple domains (processes, tools, and people):
- Contribute to improving how teams collaborate, deliver, and communicate
- Improve business processes
- Identify opportunities where AI can eliminate manual work and enhance productivity.
This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning quickly, and turning ideas into concrete outcomes (“get things done” mindset).
🧩 Scope of activities (varied and evolving)
- Assist in designing and documenting business processes (Customer Support, HR, Sales, etc.)
- Support the setup and optimization of tools (Confluence, Jira…)
- Contribute to internal communication materials (presentations, guides, dashboards)
- Help structure and maintain knowledge bases (Confluence spaces, documentation)
- Participate in workshops (agile practices, collaboration, leadership, AI) and support their preparation
- Follow up on action plans, track progress, and ensure execution
- Support reporting activities (KPIs, dashboards, summaries for management)
- Handle ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks to unblock teams
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI (automation, content generation, analysis, support workflows)
- Test, prototype, and deploy simple AI use cases to improve efficiency and scalability
