EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for motivated candidates to join its teams as an Event Project Coordinator Intern .

You will help prepare and coordinate events for EIC audiences. You will support projects ranging from professional gatherings to community activities, with a focus on the participant experience.

This internship is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

You will work in an international professional environment that values collaboration, initiative and learning through practical work. A supervisor will help you understand priorities and take on responsibilities as your skills develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Concept development: contribute to event formats, objectives and programs.
Planning: map out preparation stages and track deadlines.
Suppliers: research venues and suppliers, compare proposals and follow up on discussions.
Budget: prepare estimates and track spending with supervisor approval.
Communications: prepare invitations, materials and practical information for participants.
Logistics: coordinate registrations, equipment and speaker requirements.
Event delivery: support reception, schedule management and responses to unexpected issues.
Debrief: gather feedback and review participation, costs and potential improvements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are studying events, communications, tourism or project management.
You enjoy organizing projects and coordinating different stakeholders.
You are thorough when tracking deadlines, budgets and logistical details.
You are responsive, service-minded and comfortable working with people.
You are comfortable communicating in English. French is an asset for collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and audiences.
You can work collaboratively, seek feedback and suggest practical improvements.
