Join a team where your growth, voice, and impact truly matter.

For over 50 years, we’ve been helping clients build better financial futures. We’ve achieved this by working together—with respect, support, and shared purpose—across all our global locations. Now, we’re excited to welcome a new colleague to our Sales Desk Team, where you’ll feel connected, valued, and part of something meaningful

About your team :

The Sales Desk Team sits within the Italian Wholesale Sales organisation and supports a broad range of clients including banks, financial advisor networks, private banks, family offices, wealth managers, insurers, and more.

We work across all Fidelity asset classes, collaborating closely with colleagues to place clients at the heart of everything we do. Our team culture is inclusive, collaborative, and supportive, ensuring that everyone—no matter their background—can learn, thrive, and contribute.

About your role :

As Associate Support – Sales Desk, you will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, supporting commercial initiatives, and helping deliver the Italian sales strategy.

This is a role that offers:

- A supportive onboarding and continuous training programme

- The opportunity to build a strong professional network

- Exposure to the asset management industry

- A team culture that values collaboration, balanced workloads, and personal development

Your day-to-day work will include engaging with clients by phone, supporting the sales team with information requests, preparing materials, and contributing to meaningful campaigns.

This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, build confidence, and grow in a structured and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with a defined group of clients through inbound and outbound calls, promoting Fidelity’s Italian sales plan and product initiatives.
  • Promote Fidelity’s events and support follow-up conversations to maximise opportunities.
  • Respond promptly and thoughtfully to client requests, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Maintain high-quality and updated information in our Salesforce CRM.
  • Analyse the client base to identify potential opportunities and support campaign goals.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing activities and targeted outreach.
  • Share ideas for improving sales materials, presentations, and client tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader Italian Sales Team, working toward shared objectives in an inclusive, team‑oriented environment.

Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity :

- Structured learning and growth: You’ll receive tailored onboarding, industry training, and ongoing support from experienced colleagues.

- Empowering team culture: We encourage knowledge‑sharing, collaboration, and celebrating each other's successes.

- Career visibility: You’ll gain cross-functional exposure and build a network that supports long-term development.

-Balance and wellbeing: Our work environment is designed to enable sustainable performance, respect for personal commitments, and a healthy work-life balance.

About you:

  • A three-year university degree (economics, law, banking, insurance, finance, technical or scientific fields) and at least 6 months of professional experience.
  • A foundational understanding of financial markets or an interest in developing this knowledge.
  • Experience in telesales is helpful but not required—enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are equally valuable.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work with care and attention in a dynamic setting.
  • Team spirit, reliability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • This is a junior role, well‑suited for early-career talents—particularly those eager to develop their commercial and client‑relations skills in a supportive environment that values learning and balance.
