Your missions
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Sourcing, screening, and pre-qualifying candidates (hostesses, stewards, team leaders)
- Organizing interviews and maintaining candidate databases
Team Coordination & Operations
- Supporting the planning and coordination of hostesses and stewards
- Preparing event briefings and staff guidelines
- Communicating with team members before, during and after events
- Ensuring teams are fully prepared and supporting performance follow-up
- Support on site for multiples tasks
Administrative support
- Admin tasks ad hoc
- General admin
- Uniforms management

As an Event Project Intern,
- You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator, comfortable multitasking and taking responsibility.
- A hands-on problem solver, you are fluent in English (French or/and Dutch) and passionate about event management and operations.
