WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Starting on January 1, 2027, you will have the opportunity to join our Management Consulting department for three months.
- As a fully integrated team member, you will be involved from day one in the preparation, coordination, and execution of management consulting projects for the BASF Group's management.
- These projects cover a wide range of areas, including strategy, marketing, organization (structures and processes), business optimization, post-merger integration, and corporate development.
- You will conduct sophisticated analyses, support the team in client interviews, and prepare results and recommendations for presentation to senior management.
WHAT YOU OFFER
- currently enrolled in a master's degree program with above-average academic performance, regardless of field of study
- initial professional experience gained through internships or working student positions in consulting or strategy
- proficient in the use of standard IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- fluent English and advanced German language skills required
