After a training period, you will take on the role of Business Analyst, Proxy Product Owner, or Data Analyst, working alongside IT and Business Departments to support large-scale international digital transformation projects. You will be involved in various project phases, including:

  • Gathering and analyzing stakeholder requirements

  • Benchmarking and identifying suitable solutions

  • Assessing the impact of proposed solutions on user processes and system maintenance

  • Identifying functional and technical dependencies

  • Supporting development teams and ensuring compliance with specifications

  • Preparing and conducting solution testing

  • Drafting relevant documentation (test plans, incident management, tracking tools…)

  • Change management and solution adoption: communication plans, training preparation, and facilitation

You will work with major corporate clients across various sectors: Energy, Banking & Finance, Public Sector, Transport, Retail, etc.

You will benefit from mc2i's expertise in agile project management, as well as access to our training catalog and knowledge-sharing communities.

You are looking for a permanent position (CDI) in consulting and new technologies, with the possibility to actively contribute to the expansion of our Belgian office, depending on your interests.

Passionate about digital innovation and its constant evolution, you are eager to join a dynamic team and work on high-impact projects.

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Digital Transformation, Business, or Engineering

  • Strong interest in Information Systems and agile methodologies

  • Agile, service-oriented, and autonomous, with a natural leadership mindset

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and possessing excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, ensuring a strong impact with our clients

  • Fluently bilingual in both English and a local language (French or Dutch), you also have a good understanding of a third language (French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian).
